System Monitoring

Our in-house developed Monitoring system provides us with a
wide variety of information about the health of your system. This can give us
early warning of possible problems such as running out of disk space and also
feedback on the success of scheduled tasks such as data backups. The system
runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week creating a complete performance history
which you can view using the Client Access portion of our website.

Backup Monitoring

Our system monitors the results of each backup including the
time taken and the amount of data backed up. It also keeps note of media
changes so that media history can be tracked. The backup process is completely
automated, all the client has to do is change the media regularly.

Server Performance
|

Our system constantly checks that client servers are online and
functioning. It also monitors environmentaly parameters such as CPU and Hard
disk temperatures and system voltage levels. This can give us prior warning of
impending component failure.

Antivirus Updates

Our system monitors and applies regular antivirus updates and
also checks that all client machines are up to date.

Hard Drive space
|

Nothing brings a server to it's knees quicker than a lack of
hard disk space. Which is why our system checks the available space on all
drives daily and flags them if they are starting to run low on space.

ADSL line monitoring
|

Our system checks ADSL connections constantly and provides
information on signal quality and data transfer performance.

User access logging
|

Our system logs all client machine logins and power ups
providing a history of who has been logged into which machine. It can also
check on installed applications and roll out updates if required.
